YIHONG is proud to offer a one-year product warranty on all of its products sold through authorized retailer. We will provide coverage for these products for the extent of one year since its purchase date.
If a substantial defect in material or workmanship arises with your YIHONG product due to a manufacturers defect, quality issue AND a valid warranty claim is received by YiHong, we will gladly replace your YIHONG product at no cost to you within the first 30 days. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order is required for warranty validation and reimbursement.
Warranty claims must be made directly to YIHONG. Please note that YIHONG cannot be held liable for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the YIHONG Products.
Exclusion and Limitations
YIHONG does not cover any purchased through non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
This warranty does not apply to damage to YIHONG Products caused by accident, abuse, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, or any alteration or modification of the YIHONG product.
Obtaining Warranty Service
If you wish to make a claim under the lifetime warranty, please go to contact us page and complete the form. Provide the following information in the ‘Message’ field:
• Brief Description of the issue
• Amazon Order Number
The original buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs of sending back the YIHONG product. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to us. YIHONG is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for the returned package. If you are within 30 days of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a pre-paid return label to return the faulty product.
***All of the above information is required before a warranty claim will be accepted. It is important to note that you may also be required to answer some simple questions to verify the authenticity of the product so we can assist you further. If YIHONG determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in quality of materials or workmanship, YIHONG will provide an RMA number and assist you with the replacement process.
